SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

At Canto Primo, we aim to offer a seamless and transparent experience when it comes to shipping and returns.


SHIPPING

As each garment is handmade to order by our team, all Canto Primo items are completed and dispatched within 20 working days.

Please note:

  • During peak periods, orders may take longer.

  • If you need an item urgently or by a specific date, please contact us at hello@cantoprimo.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping regions:

  • We ship throughout Italy, Europe, and non-EU countries.

  • For shipments outside the EU, please note that duty fees are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them

  • Unworn, unused, with all original tags attached

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@cantoprimo.com. If your return is approved, we will send you:

  • Detailed instructions on how and where to send your item

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the original item as instructed

  2. Make a new purchase for the desired product


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Taxes, payment fees, and delivery costs will be deducted from the total refund amount

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
